LINKFRESH Announces Strong Growth

2015 was a fantastic year for LINKFRESH, and our latest growth figures are testament to this. In 2015 we experienced year-on-year group revenue increases and a significant rise in our UK order book, enabling us to continue to invest 10 per cent of costs into R&D.

We saw increases of 38.5 per cent in delivery services revenue and 9.7 per cent in support services revenue, and revenue from software enhancement fees increased by almost 40 per cent.

Speaking about the company’s growth figures Bob Mann, chairman at LINKFRESH, said:

“2015 was a great year for us as a company. We achieved tremendous growth and saw a number of our existing clients upgrade to our latest software enhancements.”

“Looking forward to 2016, the future looks very bright. We will continue to expand our industry-specific software portfolio further, bringing increasingly innovative solutions to market, ensuring that our order book continues to rise.

“The need for suppliers to ensure that their IT systems are not outdated has never been more urgent. Cutting-edge solutions, which allow produce to be traced from ‘farm to fork’ in real time, are demanded by a rising number of retailers, driven themselves by consumer demand.

“Our strong performance puts us in a great position to reach out to suppliers and provide the technology they need to ensure they can meet these requirements.”

This strong growth trajectory comes soon after we announced our latest release for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform.

This enhanced software included a number of new features such as catch weight, which allows produce to be measured and invoiced in pieces of kilograms, the incorporation of global trade item numbers and case management capability.

These new features followed enhancements to software on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform, which included advanced mobile warehousing and quality control, improved transportation management and third party services.
