The recruitment drive comes off the back of strong 2015 growth figures and a significant rise in LINKFRESH’s UK order book. Year-on-year group revenue increased by 38.5 per cent in its delivery services and 9.7 per cent in support services.

Meanwhile, LINKFRESH Inc, based in California, has also added three team members.

John Lischefska recently joined as director of business development. On the delivery team, Liz Jacobs joins as Microsoft Dynamics NAV consultant to work closely with LINKFRESH’s expanding US customer base. Liz previously worked with another food industry focussed Microsoft Dynamics partner, Beck Consulting.

To complete the LINKFRESH Inc team, Trisha Gregory, joins as new LINKFRESH project manager. Trisha is a highly experienced project manager with many years’ expertise in IT, BI and ERP project management.

Speaking about the expansion of LINKFRESH’s global team, Nikki Scarr, chief operations officer at LINKFRESH, said: “It’s fantastic to be able to welcome such a wealth of talent from across world to our global consultancy teams. Last year we experienced really strong growth as a company, and we are looking forward to continuing to press ahead, bringing our specialist software solutions to fresh food organisations across the country.

“In light of the recent high-profile food recalls we have seen here in the UK, a real spotlight has fallen on the need for suppliers to be able ensure full traceability across their supply chains, so that any issues can be quickly identified and dealt with. We look forward to continuing to expand our operations to meet that demand comprehensively.’’
